First, tomorrow(7-12-2014) is Crazy Days in Le Sueur if you need a makeup race for the MRC racing series this is one of them. Second, next week (7-19-2014) is BBQ days Bull run. Make sure that we get out and show the community our enthusiasm for this sport. In addition, we need cross country kids to hand out the Half marathon advertisements during the BBQ days parade like we have done for the last couple of years. We are now 30days before the start of the season. Many of you started the summer strong but since then have fizzled the last little bit. We are at the point of the summer that it is more important than any to get running. Even if you are not going to hit your mileage goal, you can still help the team get the mileage goal. This goal is very important it shows how the TEAM puts in the time and miles over the summer. If you need a group to help you get running the summer leadership has two "practices" everyday. The times are on the calender.
Also all practice times for the season as well as meet time are on the calender as well please plan to be at practice every time and day we have practice.
