Just a reminder Thursday 6/21/2012 is the Cross Country Day camp. There are a number of great things planned for the day. First, you will meet at the Jordan High School. Second, bring running stuff and some water and money for lunch. Also, don’t forget your swimming stuff here is the remainder of the schedule:
8:00-Meet and Introduce
8:15-Run 3-6 miles
9:00-General Strength Routine
9:30--Myofascial massage using Foam Rollers
9:45-Cool Down/Stretch/Eat Trail Mix and Chocolate Milk
10:00-"Holistic Runner" presentation
10:30-Game
11:00-Hurdle Hip Flexor Drills
11:15-TC Running Co. Shoe Presentation
11:45-Bring swim stuff along and walk to Subway-Return to Lagoon Park
1:15-Injury prevention presentation (in park)
1:45-Water Running Drills and Aqua jogging (Yoga or Core presentation in case of cold)
2:30-Return to school
2:45-Door Prizes Raffle
3:00-Keynote Speaker TBD
