Just because you pay online, it is extremely important to
make the meeting. A great deal of
information is shared and gathered about our 2015 TEAM.
The mileage has been updated. Sorry for the delay Coach Pederson was on
vacation with his family. We are getting
to crunch time and the miles are starting to mount up. McKenna was the first to cross her mileage
goal for the summer. Others are getting
close their mileage goals for the summer.
If you hit your goal, you can still run but make sure that you are
coming into the season in shape and healthy.
Taking time off just because you hit your miles does not help you at the
start of the season.
